So you have made your purchase and now want to know where your code is, so you can redeem your gift card, right? Well, thankfully, the process is similar to that of buying game codes.

After your purchase, you should receive two emails. The first email is your standard confirmation order email. It has some neat features like order tracking, but ultimately, you can ignore this email.
The second email titled " Your codes are ready” is the email you need to focus on. It should look like the image above.
Simply scroll down and click on the unlock code button below to receive your code.
Platform-Related Gift Cards
If you purchased a gift card tied to a specific platform, such as Spotify, Game Pass, GTA Shark Card etc. you should see a code under the column title key code like in the example image above. Go to the platform associated with the gift card and redeem it on their website or app.
Non-Platform Specific Gift Cards
If you purchased a gift card not tied to a specific platform, such as an American Express gift card, you may see a link instead of a code, as depicted in the image above.
Click the link or paste it into the address bar to open a tab that lets you complete the unlocking process and receive your gift card information. The process might not always look the same, but if you follow through with it, you should receive your card information.
