Okay, you've made your purchase, now you're thinking, "Where is my code?" Luckily, this guide is designed to help you receive your code, and the best part is that the process only takes a few minutes.

The moment you finish your purchase, you should receive an order confirmation email. This email contains all the same information about your order as the order complete screen from the website, minus your personal billing information. It also allows you to view the order on the website and track the order's status.
You can ignore that email; the important email you need to wait for is the second email stating that your codes are ready, and it should look like this.
There will be a button that says "Unlock Code". Click this button, and it will open up a tab that takes you back to our website with a loading bar that reveals your code after a few seconds. *Disclaimer I had block the code for the purpose of the demonstration. On your screen, the code will be displayed under the "Digital Code Column.*
That's it, you're done! This will be your experience for 90% of the codes/keys you unlock. However, there are two exceptions we need to go over: signature verification & game account purchases.
Exception 1: Signature Verification
On occasion, we may request your signature after the order confirmation email. The email's title should say your order isn't complete yet, and it should look like this. Click on the order verification button to open up a tab allowing you to sign for the purchase. This is not a common process. Your signature confirms that you are authorizing this purchase.
Exception 2: Game Accounts
When purchasing a Game account, you will see a link instead of a code. Paste the link into the address bar and follow the instructions to receive your items. We can't walk you through this process step by step because the experience can be different depending on the vendor or region. However, we can tell you that you will need to use the same e-mail you used when you bought the account from us when completing the instructions on these external websites.
