Redeeming Codes on Steam
Pull up Steam and in the top left corner of the app, look for an option titled "games". Click on this option to reveal a drop-down menu with a list of options. Click on the option that says "Activate a product on Steam."
This should bring up a box where you can enter the code. Simply paste the code into the box and click confirm.
The box will change to confirm your activation and also display the game title in blue.
