Redeeming Codes on PlayStation
First, you need to boot up the console and move to the store page depicted in the image below. Your store page may look different from ours, but you know you're on the correct page if you see the words "PlayStation Store" in the top left.
From there, move over to the three white dots in the top right corner of the page and click on them to bring down a menu. Find the menu option titled "Redeem Code" and click on it.
Now type in the code and select redeem.
A window below the textbox should pop-up showcasing the item you are about to redeem.
Note: You will either see a game or wallet funds, depending on what you purchased. Here's and example showing a gift card.
