Thank you for choosing Kodiye for your digital product needs. This policy details our procedures regarding the delivery, verification, and refund of our digital products. By completing a purchase, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined below.

Digital Product Delivery Policy

All digital products purchased from Kodiye are delivered electronically via email.

• Delivery Method: Upon successful completion of your purchase, your digital product(s) (e.g., download links, license keys, access codes) will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure your email address is accurate and up-to-date.

• Delivery Timeframe: While most digital products are delivered instantly or within minutes of purchase, please allow up to 24 hrs for delivery. Delays may occur due to payment processing, email server issues, or high order volumes.

• Checking Spam/Junk Folders: If you do not receive your digital product within the expected timeframe, please check your email's spam or junk mail folders before contacting support.

• Non-Receipt: If you have not received your digital product after 24 hrs and have checked your spam folder, please contact our support team at cs@kodiye.com with your order number.

Purchase Verification Policy

To ensure the security of your purchase and prevent unauthorized access, Kodiye may implement a verification check for certain transactions.

• Purpose of Verification: This process is designed to protect both our customers and our company from fraudulent activities.

• Verification Process: If your order is flagged for verification, you may be contacted via email or phone to confirm your identity or payment details. This may involve providing additional information or documentation.

• Delay in Delivery: Orders undergoing a verification check may experience a delay in delivery until the verification process is successfully completed.

• Failure to Verify: Failure to complete the verification process within 72 hrs may result in the cancellation of your order and a full refund.

Physical Products

General Shipping

All orders generally ship out about three to five business days from date the order was placed. Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days. All shipments within the contiguous USA are free for any order over $99.99. For all other items, standard shipping prices apply. Generally, orders placed with us will leave our warehouse within one business day. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to 5 to 7 business days to ship. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally, we will ship all orders via UPS. We reserve the right to use any carrier.

For item over 70 lbs:

Pools, Foosball tables, Air Hockey etc. are shipped via Freight Carrier on a pallet. We will contact you when we receive the order to confirm all shipping information. Once the game has shipped and arrives at the delivery terminal, the Freight Carrier will contact you to set up a 3-4 hour window for delivery. All games are delivered with a liftgate service and the driver will place the item in your driveway.  (They may place it in your garage, but are not required to do so.)

Free Shipping only applies to orders in the contiguous United States.

Shipments To Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and US Territories

We are happy to ship to one of these areas but unfortunately additional shipping may be charged. To see the cost to ship to one of these areas, add a product to your cart and go through the checkout process. Costs are determined by your exact location. All shipments to one of these areas will also ship within 3 business days. In most cases, your order will leave our warehouse within 1 business day.

International Shipping

Yes!, We offer International shipping, however, additional fees may apply. If you would like a quote for additional shipping for a order. Please contact us directly. A Customer Service Representative will process your order for you directly.
