Digital Products are processed as soon as the order is placed. It may take up to 24 hours to process an order due to factors such as order volume and anti-fraud verification.

What does "unlock code" mean?
Digital Codes are provided to customers in a two step process. First process is done when the order is placed and the code gets generated. Customers will receive an email notification that the code is ready to be unlocked. This is the second step. In order to actually see the codes, customers must unlock the code by following the instructions in the email.
If a customer wants a refund or purchased something by mistake they can Contact Customer Support and if the code has not been accessed then the customers will receive a full refund.
